1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Mirwal pre-launch website (the "Website"). By using the Website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Mirwal has not launched yet
Mirwal is an upcoming AI-assisted shopping marketplace that is still in development. At this stage, the Website provides information about Mirwal and a waitlist only. No products are sold, no orders are accepted and no payments are processed through the Website.
Features described on the Website, such as AI-assisted discovery, recommendations, comparisons, deals and the purchase flow, are planned. They may change, be delayed or not be offered in the form described.
3. Illustrative content
Images, app screens, product names, prices and ratings shown on the Website are sample demo content for illustration only. They are not real offers, listings or reviews, and they do not represent partnerships with any brand or seller.
4. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not create any obligation for you to buy anything.
- Joining does not guarantee early access, specific offers, availability in your city or a particular launch date.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to sign up only with your own contact details.
- We may remove sign-ups that appear to be fake, automated or abusive.
- How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Early community, certificates and referrals
- Members receive a Mirwal ID, a referral code and a Founding Member certificate. The certificate is a community membership keepsake. It is not an official qualification, accreditation or legally recognised credential, and it carries no monetary value.
- Referrals are credited only when the referred person's signup is accepted by our system. Duplicate signups, self-referrals, fake accounts and other abuse are not counted, and we may review, reject or remove referrals or memberships involved in abuse.
- Joining or referring others does not entitle anyone to rewards, discounts or benefits. Any reward applies only if Mirwal publishes an official campaign, and only under that campaign's own terms, which take priority for that campaign.
- Keep your private member link confidential. You are responsible for sharing your referral and certificate links appropriately.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false information or another person's details without their permission;
- create multiple or fake signups, or manipulate the referral programme;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit forms or scrape the Website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its admin area, servers or databases;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the Website.
7. Intellectual property
The Mirwal name, logo, design and content of the Website belong to Mirwal and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Links to other websites
The Website may link to third-party platforms, such as social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
9. Disclaimer
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, error-free or complete. Information about planned features is a statement of current intent, not a promise.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mirwal is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or reliance on information about planned features.
11. Changes
We may update these terms, especially when Mirwal launches. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
